For renewals please pay online by internet banking, using the details as per the renewal letter, or pay at our Customer Service centre at 215-221 Hastings Street, Napier.

Note that boat passes are valid for the annual period of July to June. Purchasing a pass means that it is valid from date of issue until the end of June. However, if purchased during June itself, the pass is valid for the coming year July-June.

Boat Ramp Pass Details

The ramp access card is able to be renewed for future years upon payment of fees. Correspondence will be sent out prior to expiration. This boat pass is only for first time purchasers if you already have a boat pass you will get an email about renewing it and the process.

Terms and Conditions

1. I confirm that I am the boat owner
2. The access card is only to be used for the boat and trailer registration as declared in this application
3. The card is non transferable and is not to be lent, or used to allow any other boat and trailer access to the boat ramp
4. An additional charge will apply for the reissue of an access card that has been lost or stolen
5. A breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation of the card
